These conditions of sale apply to the parties (called "parts" below) defined as such:

6. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

7.1 HOME DELIVERY

7.2 DELIVERY TO RELAY POINT

Delivery is made at the time of receipt by you of the order at a Relay Point.
